Product Warranty
Tungsten ToolWorks warrants that products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Tungsten ToolWorks will replace, repair, or grant credit for any product which does not comply with this warranty. This warranty does not apply to any products which have been in any way modified, machined, misused, subjected to accident, or used beyond normal life. Warranty claims should be made through the distributor from whom the product was purchased, or directly from the Company if purchased from Tungsten ToolWorks. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made by us except as expressed above, and we neither assume nor authorize any other firm or person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with our products.

Shipping
We use FedEx Express Saver for all products, with guaranteed three-day delivery within the continental USA.  For shipments outside of the United States, we have extensive experience and relationships with a number of shippers and freight forwarders.

Quotations / Order Acceptance
The timeliness and accuracy of our automated quotations system can be affected by technology issues outside of our immediate control. Web-based pricing, delivery times, and orders are subject to formal acceptance by the Tool Alliance Inside Sales department.



Our HQ building in Huntington Beach is one of four factories in California and Florida totaling an approximate 50,000 square feet.
